Leadership Training program (LTP)

This practical leadership training program is designed for construction professionals transitioning from field roles into office-based leadership positions. Participants explore modern leadership approaches tailored to the construction environment, learn how to leverage their field experience in new leadership responsibilities, and develop practical strategies for improving communication, productivity, documentation, and managing change. The program also introduces key project delivery concepts and briefly highlights Lean Construction principles that support improved workflow and reduced waste.
