A well-structured construction schedule enables you to manage resources more efficiently, saving both time and money. This course has been designed to help understand project scheduling, identify all tasks and activities of the project, and identify all materials, equipment, and human resources for the project so that you can complete ON BUDGET and ON TIME.

- Understand project scheduling and scheduling tools
- Preparea bar chart/Gantt schedule
- Schedule and manage workforce, equipment, and material requirements
- Maintain a job journal
